TEA TAIROVIC

Called by fans “The Shakira of the Balkans”, Tea Tairović is a true phenomenon of the regional music scene — a singer, songwriter and dancer who transformed from a TV talent-show contestant into one of the most powerful stars of the new Balkan wave.

Born in Novi Sad, Serbia, Tea first captured attention on Zvezde Granda, but her real breakthrough came with the mega-hit “Hajde” (2021), a song that went viral across streaming platforms and clubs in the region. Since then, she has built a string of successes: the chart-topping albums “Balkanija” (2022), “Balerina” (2023) and the selftitled “Tea” (2024), each packed with infectious singles that dominate Balkan playlists.

Her videos are a YouTube sensation: tracks like “Katastrofa” have passed 20 million views, while other collaborations like TeaNucci surpassed 27 million views. Collectively, her channel boasts over 1.1 billion views and continues to grow with every release.

Tea’s cross-border collaborations have become anthems in their own right: the sensual duet “Abracadabra” with Bulgarian diva Galena and the explosive “Katastrofa” with Azis proved that Tea is not just a Serbian star but a pan-Balkan icon.

Beyond music, she commands an enormous digital following: over 800,000 Instagram followers and more than 580,000 TikTok fans keep up with her every move, making her one of the most influential artists of her generation in the region.

On stage, she is unstoppable — mixing dazzling choreography, powerful vocals, and a connection with her audience that turns every concert into a fiery spectacle. From Belgrade’s arenas to festivals across the region, Tea fills venues with thousands of fans who sing every lyric.

Now, in June 2026, Bucharest will feel her energy for the very first time at Balkan Beats Bucharest, where Tea promises to turn the night into a celebration of music, dance, and Balkan spirit.
